Wow! I felt really good today! I managed to stick with the guys until I flipped, which hasn't happened for a while, and I kept the exact pace on the way back! (Downhill probably helped) Whenever i had to stop at the light I couldn't stop coughing, even still im coughing while I write this:( This was my longest run this season, with 11 miles and 80 minutes, and to top it all off I am finally making a blog entry!!

Well this was an interesting run. I felt like I was in on of those movies where they are lost forever in a blizzard, on a deserted mountain range, resorting to eating others to survive. It was a little scary to say the least. I felt okay on this run, had to turn a little early but still got 70 mins. Afterwards my knee was all swollen, squishy, and painful. Apperently I have a swollen patella:( Going to take it easy for a bit, but hopefully not too long!

There were definitely lows and highs to this run. I felt great at the start and actually ran the whole time with the guys. The workout part started and it was really hard but i did well. Then it got to the second 7 minute tempo. My breathing was so tight and loud and I tried to relax my breathing but my chest was SO tight it wouldn't relax. I stopped after a little and dry heaved, then started to run again. Every time I tried to go faster my chest would tense up. I think I am to that breaking point so I will keeping pushing myself. This was the longest I've run in 75 minutes!

My races were good. I felt like I did everything right and really pushed myself, but I need to increase my speed overall. My times weren't as good as i wanted, but I had some of my best races!

Had a pretty good run. It was chilly at first, but got warmer. It was nice to just chill.
