There were definitely lows and highs to this run. I felt great at the start and actually ran the whole time with the guys. The workout part started and it was really hard but i did well. Then it got to the second 7 minute tempo. My breathing was so tight and loud and I tried to relax my breathing but my chest was SO tight it wouldn't relax. I stopped after a little and dry heaved, then started to run again. Every time I tried to go faster my chest would tense up. I think I am to that breaking point so I will keeping pushing myself. This was the longest I've run in 75 minutes!
