Ran with the guys till I had to turn around, felt pretty good. We went really slow but picked it up and ran at a solid pace.

I felt really good today. I ran with the guys the whole time. Had a pretty solid workout, and then finished up with the guys until I had to turn around to hit 50 minutes. I really feel like I am getting back into things and I am super excited!

Felt good today but I was dissapointed that we went so slow. I also stopped my watch and forgot to start it again so I am just guesstimating my time and distance. The water looked good but I really wanted to just get my run in so I just ran around the pond. Really feeling good this whole week and that makes me so happy.

HOly cow! I felt really bad today. I ran with Scottie and Cooper and Bryan and we went so slow. We got back at sixty minutes and I rested and drank water and then ran for ten more minutes.

Felt alright today, I stayed with the guys until the first big hill, afterwards I ran with Scottie and Cooper. We ran up the HUGE sand hill, coming back down was fun, and finished off with a good pace:)

I felt really good today! I warmed up with the girls and ran the tempo with them. I promised myself 25 minutes but Coach pushed me to do great things at 28 minutes! So happy I did that! Cooled down with Addi and had a great chat.

Wow! I felt really good today! Stayed with the guys until after the very first big hill. Caught up to Scotty on the HUGE hill and didn't walk once. When I got to the top at 13 minutes I stopped for like 5 seconds, then Scotty pushed me to keep going until I finished with a total of 22 minutes. Continued to feel good and ran with Nathan and Tanner and Bryan to get my longest long run of the season.

I felt pretty good today, I was definitely tired from yesterday. Kept up with the guys on the road, and ran with Scottie on the grass (with the guys for the most part)

I felt pretty good today, the workout felt really easy at first and then got pretty hard. Had a good warmup and cooldown. Found a washer but it was stuck in the road:(

Got up early with Cooper, did 20 min warmup in the dark by the creepy cornfields, then did a 20 min tempo around 3 blocks. It was super humid but I felt really good. I think we kept a pretty good pace but it didn't wear me out too much so I think I'm either used to going longer, or we should have gone faster. Ended with a short cooldown.

I felt pretty good this time trial. I really pushed myself and ran an okay time (I think) Don't really know what time that was though. Afterwards was the closest I've ever been to throwing up:) Warm and Cool felt good.
